I drove about five hours today from New Plymouth to Wellington. WHen I got into Wellington, I experienced culture shock. I haven't been in a city that size since leaving San Francisco. I freaked out a bit and turned around to go to Upper Hutt (Jabba's place. hahahahaha...)
I found a nice little backpacker place on the bay. For two dollars more a night I got a room overlooking the bay. This place is sick! I'm going to have to stay here on my way back.

I hate you, and I am insane with jealosy. By the way, did you know that Victor is in Thailand and his ticket was only $245 round trip. I hate him too.

I personally wouldn't put that much effort to travel around the world for 10 days. When you do the math you'll lose one to three days travelling to and from, so you're down to one week. You're barely situated, then you have to leave again.
I can post pics, but I don't have the time to do so right now. When I get back I promise I'll get them up ASAP.
